How do I book an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit; no-shows are charged 50% of the service. Rescheduling is always complimentary when possible.
How long do treatments typically take?
Signature manicures run about 60 minutes, pedicures 75, and gel extensions up to 2 hours. Our flagship Élan Ritual is a 2-hour full hand-and-foot experience with champagne service.
What hygiene and safety standards do you follow?
Every implement is hospital-grade autoclaved between guests. Files, buffers, and pumice are single-use. Our ventilation system filters dust and vapours continuously throughout the studio.
Are deposits required?
A 30% deposit secures appointments over $80 or any service longer than 90 minutes. Deposits are fully credited toward your treatment on the day of your visit.
Can I request a specific artist?
Absolutely. Each of our artists has a distinct style feel free to browse the team section and request your preferred specialist when booking.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Our digital gift cards are available in any denomination and arrive beautifully presented in your recipient’s inbox, redeemable for any treatment or product.
